How does Yousel work?

Choose a gift, tell us who it’s for and where in Libya to deliver it, and pay. We prepare it with our partner shop and hand-deliver it on your chosen date, then email you a photo.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver in Tripoli, with more cities coming soon. You’ll see the available cities at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

You choose the delivery date at checkout. We confirm the order with our shop and deliver on that day.

How do I pay?

Securely by card at checkout, in your local currency. Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.

Will I know it was delivered?

Yes. Once your gift is delivered, we email you a photo as confirmation.

Can I include a card message?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we’ll print it on the card.

What if the recipient isn’t available?

Our courier calls ahead using the phone number you provide and arranges a convenient time.
